I use this pad as a changing pad, a blanket, and a spot for my baby to sleep when she is on our bed (to prevent spit-up and pee from getting onto our bed and to keep her warm and cozy). I have washed it several times using Eucalan wool wash, and it continues to be soft and lovely.

(More customer reviews)These are like a very thick percale type fabric, not a knit, not stretchy. They are not silky like a high quality eqyptian sheet, but still very nice, good feel to them. We own a very big Naturepedic 255 mattress, with a mattress pad on top, also Naturepedic, which barely fit in our crib, and this sheet fit. I own it in ginger and I have to say it is a pretty strong color. I like it, but definitely be aware you are buying a strong color.

Yes, they do involve a few pieces (bottle, a two-piece insert to cut down on air bubbles, nipple, and collar), but the pieces are easy enough to assemble, diassamble, and wash. All babies are different, of course, but my son was happy to take these bottles, has no problem going between these nipples and the real thing, and doesn't seem to swallow much air at all when using these bottles. The microwave sterilizer is helpful, but not necessary - you can achieve the same thing by boiling the parts for ten minutes, and because all of the bottle parts can go through the dishwasher, you don't really need to sterilize them after every use anyway.
I'd recommend the bottles but not the sterilizer unless you feel like you'll want to sterilize frequently and saving a few minutes during the process will make a big difference for you.

The pad is great for my 3 month old, especially for those times when there's nowhere to change him but a floor! My only issue with it is that it's bulky and takes up a ton of room in my diaper bag. Great to throw in the bottom of the stroller, though.

Carters Super Soft Bumper Review

(More customer reviews)I held off on buying a bumper because of the SIDS risk. I eventually bought a breathable bumper to keep my son from putting his arms and legs through the crib bars. However, he still constantly banged into the sides of the crib with his head all night. Since he is now nine months old, I decided he could have a real bumper in his crib and purchased this one. This bumper is wonderfully soft and plush. We have a sleigh crib and I was worried it would not fit, but it fit perfectly! The best thing of all is that our son no longer is banging his head into the crib and waking himself up at night. He is getting much better sleep now and I think he actually feels more secure now that he feels more "enclosed." This bumper is great and was a great price (much less than buying a bedding set.) It goes great with my Carter's jersey sheets. I highly recommend it!
