They keep my little girl who has to be swaddled at the right temp at all times. Not to hot or cold! They are so beautiful that I get compliments on them all the time. My sister who has a 8 month old just bought them for cover-up during nursing after seeing mine. I will surely be giving these blankets out for gifts now that I found something you can't live without when having a baby!!

(More customer reviews)These are like a very thick percale type fabric, not a knit, not stretchy. They are not silky like a high quality eqyptian sheet, but still very nice, good feel to them. We own a very big Naturepedic 255 mattress, with a mattress pad on top, also Naturepedic, which barely fit in our crib, and this sheet fit. I own it in ginger and I have to say it is a pretty strong color. I like it, but definitely be aware you are buying a strong color.

(More customer reviews)I first met Aden & Anais at a wholesale marketplace in LA - and became hooked instantly! There is no other product like this currently on the market and is a must have for any new or existing parent - I only wish I had found them sooner!
I bought a pack for my 2yr old son - the reasons being that I was tired of conventional baby blankets that were very synthetic, too hot for him to sleep comfortably with and also in many cases VERY small cut. I love these wraps! They wash up super soft and crinkly and are lightweight, very comfy and the perfect blankie to sleep with in any weather without worry of overheating or kicking blankets off. My son loves them! I also highly recommend them as an alternative to putting a blanket over a stroller / carseat while baby sleeps, as these are far more breathable and not heavy or overly hot.
I was very frustrated in the height of summer when we went to the Zoo and all I had was the usual baby blankie that was firstly too small to cover properly and just baked in the heat with barely breathing. These wraps are the answer! I just bought two to give as a new baby gift. In trying to think of something that I know she wouldn't have, but would definitely get use from - these are it!

I was using a fleece blanket (the only blanket that was not to big but not too small), but my son would sweat, so it wasn't an ideal situation. I swaddled him last night in the muslin wrap, and this morning, voila! No sweat, and he slept great. I didn't have to worry about him being too hot or too cold. My partner and I do a lot of backpacking and this is also a great camping blanket, since it keeps baby warm (on cool nights) and from over heating (on hot summer nights). The large size is one of the most appealing things about it.

(More customer reviews)We only have one pack of these, and I find myself washing them almost daily so that I don't have to use the others.
First, these are very big - so that you can wrap even older babies so well that they will not squirm out in the middle of the night.
Second - the muslin has a gauze-like stretchy feel that helps you wrap baby snug, but not too tight. It is also breathable so that baby doesn't overheat.
I'm about to order more now that my baby has outgrown all the smaller swaddle blankies in the house - they will continue to be used as nursing covers, tummy time blankets, stroller sun covers, etc. Great product!

(More customer reviews)I gave birth to my first kid 8 weeks ago. We got several blankets from friends and family, including one "miracle blanket". We initially tried swaddling our child in regular blankets, which worked well, but he often escaped the blanket,and would wake up crying with his arms flailing around.
We then turned to the "miracle blanket" which worked well (better), but was cumbersome to put on (it has to be wrapped a number of times around the child, often waking them up or irritating them in the process). Plus it retails for like $30.
I then bought one of these swaddling blankets, and was amazed at how easy it was to put on, and how effective it was. The kid sleeps in it every night.
Honestly, this is the only blanket we really needed, at least for the first few months. It's a great example of how the most expensive baby item is not the best one. I give one of these to all my pregnant friends!

(More customer reviews)I bought this blanket on the recommendation of a friend - this is different then the swaddle blankets - as it's several layers thick - nice and heavy, but soft, and very breathable! It works great all-year round - as it's heavy and warm in the winter - and perfect for over a sleep sack in the winter...or perfect for summer over a bodysuit as its' super breathable. You can hold it/scrunch it up over your face and have zero problems breathing through it...this made me feel better about putting it in the crib with my 6 month old.
My little one loves this blanket - he scrunches it up in his hands as he falls asleep and it's large enough it covers probably 2/3 of the crib. I think it has enough weight to it that it gives him some security - but he never sweats or seems to overheat with it.
I'm actually ordering a second for when the first is in the wash! It might seem a bit on the pricey side for a blanket - but it's well worth it - as you will use it all year.

(More customer reviews)This is great for colder climate. I live in London and it is perfect for colder rainy weather like in London. Baby is warm and toasty in it all night without a blanket. But make sure that the baby wears a long sleeve shirt underneath. Now the baby is used to getting into it for bed time routine and falls asleep right away. Only complain is that the bag was delivered and when opened, there was a stain on the back which does not affect the usage hence the 4 star (otherwise it would be 5 star). Only caution is to hang dry or it will shrink.

(More customer reviews)First off, I really love this product. It's the quickest, easiest way to swaddle my baby girl, who sleeps much better at night when she's securely wrapped up. We went with this kind of swaddle over a blanket because she has been a "mobile sleeper" since birth, and always managed to wriggle out of our blanket swaddle. Note that these notes below pertain to the small size.
Now - here's what you need to know about sizing, based on my three months of experience and multiple attempts to get it right.
- There are three kinds of swaddle fabrics at the time I'm writing this:
1. Flannel (in the gingham prints)
2. Fleece
3. Cotton jersey (like a t-shirt). This variety has the most options in terms of patterns and colors.
I've arranged them in that order because that's the order of smallest to largest. The flannel variety stretches, well, not at all. It's the smallest of the three types of fabrics, therefore, in terms of fit. (My daughter outgrew her small size swaddle at 13 pounds, after washing it a few times - even though it's supposed to fit up to 14.) The fleece variety does stretch a bit - she's now 15 pounds and this still fits her.
The cotton variety is the stretchiest one - and it REALLY stretches. The first time after I wash and dry it, it's pretty snug. But if I'm lucky enough to get 2 or 3 nights of use out of it, by the third night it's considerably bigger than it was. I just bought another small cotton one and my baby's 15 pounds.
What's more, I just bought a flannel gingham swaddle in large, and that fits her great. (But the cotton variety in large was HUGE and I'm returning it.) Anyway - hope this is helpful to all of you out there. This is a great product and I wish you luck!

I ordered these because I liked the design, not realizing that they are from the Bamboo Collection. I couldn't stop touching them! They are so luxuriously soft and yummy. (More customer reviews)Our daughter loved being swaddled and we DID have blankets that did the trick, but we liked the idea of it being a little easier and more secure thanks to the velcro. I lookd all over the we and read a lot of reviews. I had first chose the Miracle Blanket but returned it as soon as it arrived and I bought the Swaddle Me - much better!! The fleece is super soft and warm - I am ordering the cotton one for daytime swaddling. One point - the sizes - they never mention the weights it covers. The small is NB-14 pounds and the Large is 15 and up. My daughter is 13.12 and she does fine with the Large - and she will grow into it. I found no issues with the velcro being scratchy - nothing like that.

The blankets are fabulous for spit up accidents. Most blankets are too small. Since these absorb so well and are large. Perfect for swaddling.
