(More customer reviews)I LOVE these Just Born blankets, and I bought this one because I already had a similar one of the same brand and loved it. They are about as soft as you can get, and so nice to wrap baby up in or to put on the floor for baby to play on. The only (slight) downside is that this one is VERY thick, making it hard to tuck in a carseat or stroller. We use it mostly for floor play.

They keep my little girl who has to be swaddled at the right temp at all times. Not to hot or cold! They are so beautiful that I get compliments on them all the time. My sister who has a 8 month old just bought them for cover-up during nursing after seeing mine. I will surely be giving these blankets out for gifts now that I found something you can't live without when having a baby!!

(More customer reviews)I first met Aden & Anais at a wholesale marketplace in LA - and became hooked instantly! There is no other product like this currently on the market and is a must have for any new or existing parent - I only wish I had found them sooner!
I bought a pack for my 2yr old son - the reasons being that I was tired of conventional baby blankets that were very synthetic, too hot for him to sleep comfortably with and also in many cases VERY small cut. I love these wraps! They wash up super soft and crinkly and are lightweight, very comfy and the perfect blankie to sleep with in any weather without worry of overheating or kicking blankets off. My son loves them! I also highly recommend them as an alternative to putting a blanket over a stroller / carseat while baby sleeps, as these are far more breathable and not heavy or overly hot.
I was very frustrated in the height of summer when we went to the Zoo and all I had was the usual baby blankie that was firstly too small to cover properly and just baked in the heat with barely breathing. These wraps are the answer! I just bought two to give as a new baby gift. In trying to think of something that I know she wouldn't have, but would definitely get use from - these are it!

(More customer reviews)I ordered this product because my son grew out of his receiving blankets about a week after birth, but still fights sleep at three months unless he's been swaddled. I was using a fleece blanket (the only blanket that was not to big but not too small), but my son would sweat, so it wasn't an ideal situation. I swaddled him last night in the muslin wrap, and this morning, voila! No sweat, and he slept great. I didn't have to worry about him being too hot or too cold. My partner and I do a lot of backpacking and this is also a great camping blanket, since it keeps baby warm (on cool nights) and from over heating (on hot summer nights). The large size is one of the most appealing things about it.

(More customer reviews)We only have one pack of these, and I find myself washing them almost daily so that I don't have to use the others.
First, these are very big - so that you can wrap even older babies so well that they will not squirm out in the middle of the night.
Second - the muslin has a gauze-like stretchy feel that helps you wrap baby snug, but not too tight. It is also breathable so that baby doesn't overheat.
I'm about to order more now that my baby has outgrown all the smaller swaddle blankies in the house - they will continue to be used as nursing covers, tummy time blankets, stroller sun covers, etc. Great product!

(More customer reviews)The Miracle Blanket is the fifth swaddling blanket we have tried; it is the only one from which our daughter cannot escape. It has an extra step for securing the arms that takes a little practice, but the extra step is what keeps her nice and snug so it is worth it. She still fusses in it some nights, but there are times when she really does calm down at the sight of it (this is a claim they make on the package and I was initially quite skeptical). She sleeps so much better when she is swaddled and does not have her flailing arms to wake her, so overall we are pleased. I am taking away one star because of the outrageous price for a piece of jersey cotton. Since I cannot sew though, I will grudgingly pay it.

(More customer reviews)I bought this blanket on the recommendation of a friend - this is different then the swaddle blankets - as it's several layers thick - nice and heavy, but soft, and very breathable! It works great all-year round - as it's heavy and warm in the winter - and perfect for over a sleep sack in the winter...or perfect for summer over a bodysuit as its' super breathable. You can hold it/scrunch it up over your face and have zero problems breathing through it...this made me feel better about putting it in the crib with my 6 month old.
My little one loves this blanket - he scrunches it up in his hands as he falls asleep and it's large enough it covers probably 2/3 of the crib. I think it has enough weight to it that it gives him some security - but he never sweats or seems to overheat with it.
I'm actually ordering a second for when the first is in the wash! It might seem a bit on the pricey side for a blanket - but it's well worth it - as you will use it all year.

(More customer reviews)When my wife returned home from her shower in a u-haul I was a bit overwhelmed. I love my child but not all the gear that he came with. I find myself asking my questions like, "Why do we need two strollers if we never leave the house."
I don't mean to sound ungrateful but it was a bit much. Anyway, at the back of the truck was this small nondescript blanket. We tried it for the first time when our son was a few weeks old and he has not slept in anything else. He is coming up on 6 months.
I love this blanket almost as much as my son and I am dreading the day when we grows out of it. (we use it now just to swaddle his arms since he is too tall for it)
I buy this for everyone I know that is expecting. It is amazing and on my list of 5 things parents must have. Car seat, diapers, camera and a blanket to lie on are the others, the rest of the stuff can stay in the u-haul.

(More customer reviews)This is great for colder climate. I live in London and it is perfect for colder rainy weather like in London. Baby is warm and toasty in it all night without a blanket. But make sure that the baby wears a long sleeve shirt underneath. Now the baby is used to getting into it for bed time routine and falls asleep right away. Only complain is that the bag was delivered and when opened, there was a stain on the back which does not affect the usage hence the 4 star (otherwise it would be 5 star). Only caution is to hang dry or it will shrink.

(More customer reviews)We bought the Miracle Blanket when our son was 3 months old. We had been swaddling him in Halo sleep sack and Kiddopotmus swaddlers until he started to break out of them. He is now 4 months old and we have been using the Miracle blanket for naps and at night, however we are starting to transition him out of swaddling, so he always has one arm free of the swaddler.
Positives:
1) The fabric is lightweight, so it is great to use in warmer weather
2) It is easy to swaddle only the arms, leaving the legs out of the bottom sac
3) When we swaddle our son perfectly, he stays swaddle all night without breaking out of the swaddle.
Negatives:
1) It is hard to perfectly swaddle a squirming baby ;) and if we haven't made sure each arm flap is smooth and covering his entire arm, he often breaks free of the swaddle in the middle of the night.
2) Our son kicks his legs out of the sack almost immediately, now matter how tightly we swaddle him. This isn't a huge issue, but I thought it was worth mentioning
The only other suggestion I would make is to purchase a pattern. We have the green with off white trim and it has a few stains on it from leaking diapers. I think having a pattern would hide these spots better.
Overall I would say this was a good purchase. Considering the cost, I would have bought it sooner than 3 months in order to get more use out of it but having used it for 4 weeks now, I am happy with it.

(More customer reviews)These blankets are great. They aren't any bigger, or bulkier than regular receiving blankets, but are warmer and have a bit of a stretch to them so you can get a snug swaddle with them.
They are great for diaper bags when you need something a little warmer for those winter days or chilly family members house, but don't want to take up a lot of room with a bulky warm blanket.

(More customer reviews)These blankets were the best we were able to find for the baby. The main advantage is that they are sufficiently large and work well for a baby beyond 1-2 month age. They are also very soft and warm, wash well. Of course like with many flannel blankets they tend to somewhat wear out with time and frequent laundering but not for a while and much less than other blankets we used, and they still remain very sturdy. After ordering one pack, I ordered more of the same and also the different set of color patterns. These blankets were a great investment and I highly recommend them.
