(More customer reviews)The design is nice. I loved having this next to my bed. My complaint is that it is made in China, and boy, you can tell. They put a manufacturers sticker right smack on the front of one of the legs, and I can't get it off without leaving gummy stuff. Also, a few scratches on it that they just smeared putty on. Pretty lame for the amount of money it costs. I like it but wouldn't get it again, just because of the workmanship.

(More customer reviews)This is a very well made crib. It does not wobble like other co-sleepers and it is easy to move around from room to room. It is made of wood and looks like a nice piece of furniture. It fits snugly against the bed without taking up too much room in the bedroom. It would be nicer if the mattress was a bit fuller. Also, be sure to order extra sheets that are the correct size for this co-sleeper. If you are thinking of a using a co-sleeper, I would highly recommend this one.

My daughter weighed 11+ pounds and was 23.5 inches long when she was born, so while this is a GREAT sleep positioner or portable bassinet (it's soft, secure, portable, etc.), the actual interior length is ONLY 24 inches.
There is also a NON-removeable wedge at the end of the sleeping surface that impedes foot room, if there was some way to remove it I would have done so, if only to get more use out of it and to prevent her from throwing her legs over the sides (which she does in her bassinet as well).
As a result, my 8 week old daughter outgrew this long ago which was a major disappointment since I was hoping to use it for the transition to her crib. This wasn't exactly an inexpensive item either, so unless your baby is MUCH smaller than mine, I would suggest finding a sleep positioner that has an open end so that you can get more use out of it, for a longer period of time.

My daughter is 5 months old, and so far so good regarding SIDs, but I wouldn't credit this mattress pad. I do find it odd that it's really just an extra thick plastic bag over our mattress, but it works just fine. I was able to get it on the mattress easily, and I placed a fitted sheet over it as recommended. Everything fits perfectly, and I do not hear that plastic sound as my daughter rolls around on her mattress. I have never heard a loud crinkle sound of plastic, and I don't even notice that it's on the mattress. Worth the money for me, since it helps me feel better that I am somehow reducing her chance of SIDs...

We wash them often and they have lasted. It is the perfect size for a little one. (More customer reviews)When preparing to have our first child I bought one of each kind of swaddle, not knowing what we would like the best. We've also tried the standard 'receiving' blanket and some nice stretchy ones. This one we liked the least. My baby wiggles a lot when settling for sleep and every time she moved she would hear the velcro coming apart a little and it would bother her. She had a very hard time falling asleep in it. The Miracle blanket works best for her because it does a better job at keeping her arms down than others and doesn't have noisy velcro on it. I've also tried the sleep sacks. As she's getting more and more arm control I'm finding that she is slowly liking the "Halo Sleep Sack" better, but at night she still needs her arms confined. I also like the sleep sack idea because it is only one layer of blanket (where this SwaddleMe is two in the front when closed. The other thing I didn't like about the SwaddleMe or the Miracle Blanket is that with my baby's wiggling she invariably ends up with a gap between the feet sack and the top part and since we tend to use t-shirts rather than onsies her belly gets exposed and cold. So, I wouldn't recommend this for an active, noise sensitive baby.

I lookd all over the we and read a lot of reviews. I had first chose the Miracle Blanket but returned it as soon as it arrived and I bought the Swaddle Me - much better!! The fleece is super soft and warm - I am ordering the cotton one for daytime swaddling. One point - the sizes - they never mention the weights it covers. The small is NB-14 pounds and the Large is 15 and up. My daughter is 13.12 and she does fine with the Large - and she will grow into it. I found no issues with the velcro being scratchy - nothing like that.

Cloud b Sleep Sheep On The Go - Travel Sound Machine with Four Soothing Sounds Review

(More customer reviews)This item is a WONDERFUL idea, and the on-the-go model is the perfect size for home (I don't know who would need the size of the original, larger sleep sheep - it's enormous) and travel, but it has two key flaws:
1) there isn't a continuous play mode!! There are only two timed options, then the sound turns off. My newborn needed the sound maintained continuously to STAY asleep, not just to FALL asleep. Thus, we would have to keep pressing the button over and over, waking up ourselves when the sound would turn off to keep her from waking up - beyond annoying.
2) the travel ("on-the-go") model does not have the heartbeat sound like the full size model does - why? Otherwise, the sounds are the same as the full size model (waves, rain and whales). As the heartbeat is a KEY sound to have for a newborn, why on earth would THAT be the sound they substituted out on the travel model for a redundant "gentle stream" sound (could it be to get you to buy both sizes?!?)?
I gave it two stars because everything else is so wonderful and it has so much potential to be a fabulous product:
--the sheep is adorable, soft, and it is great to be able to hang it from ANYWHERE with the velcro loop. Plus, it is battery operated, which is a huge blessing (batteries are pre-installed, and are very long lasting - we did not replace ours over three+ months of use).
--the way the sound "machine" is removable from the body of the sheep is ingenious. This way, you can wash the sheep and reinsert the machine when dry.
--LOVE the volume control: it's a dial, so you have complete control (not just low and high like so many children's products today).
--The rain sound is the closest to generic "white noise."
This product would be perfect with the 1) heartbeat sound in lieu of the 'gentle stream', which is redundant to the rain, imo, and 2)a continuous play mode.
Due to this, you are better off with Brookstones sound machine, which has not only timed settings, but continuous play, AND all the sounds you really need: heartbeat, in-utero (weird sloshing sound with "glub-glubs"), white noise, automobile and more. It's not cute and plush (and you have to plug it in w/ battery backup), but is WORKS.

Some reviews might complain about the bumpers being to big but note they have changed that...the bumpers shown in the picture are rounded but the ones you get are the flat standard bumpers and fit very nicely. I purchased this before my son was born, he is now 11 months old and the bedding has held up like new. I agree with other reviewer about the funky shapes. The bedding is green and pink and there are random yellow shapes along the top of the quilt. batting in bumper got a little bunched too and didn't fit our crib (standard size) so we had to really stretch it to get it to fit all 4 corners and there's still a 6 inch gap in one corner. The diaper stacker is REALLY cheap and doesn't hold its shape once you have more than 5 diapers in it. But again, you get what you pay for!
