(More customer reviews)I recently purchased this crib set when I found out I was having a girl. I wasn't sure if I wanted this one or the KoKo set. But once I arranged it at home in the crib it looked so cute. I love it and couldn't be happier. I also love all the mathching accessories it has. The only problem I have with it is that it's a new set and I want the matchig drapes and can't find them anywhere. I tried to special order them because they are in the picture but babies r us said it wasn't possible. But I would still reccomend it to anyone that loves ballerinas for their little girl.

It is made of a thick cotton-like material. Not flimsy at all. It is also larger than most kiddy valances. It's about 12" top to bottom. The individual pictures are kind of quilted in and not just screened on. Nice quality product.

(More customer reviews)I really love this set! The colors are true to the picture, they are crisper in real life. The crib skirt is the same pattern as the crib bumper. The bumper has ties on the top only, and then on the ends there are ties on top and bottom. The crib sheet is pink gingham. There are a few items "quilted" onto the comforter, which is a nice touch. The material is a polyester blend, and although I haven't washed it yet, it does not feel as soft as 100% cotton would, that is the only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars. There are so many patterns you can match to this set, pink gingham or green gingham, yellow or lavender solids, and butterflies, lady bugs, and flowers. I love the happy, whimsical garden theme. Overall, it is a great item for a great price!

(More customer reviews)I ordered this set as a back-up for my new son because it is so much less expensive than other bedroom sets of this sort, but ended up saving it until my daughter was born. The cost of shipping is a little bit high, but the package arrived before the delivery date! The set is absolutely beautiful, soft and shiny. I do not know how well the satiny material will hold up over time, but it looks wonderful in the nursery. It is not quite as pictured: the diaper-stacker and quilt do not have brown lining or brown ties, but rather the same blue as the rest of the material, but I don't mind. It is lovely for a little girl's room.
ADDITIONAL INFO: It is now January, 2011, so I can report more accurately about how this set wears. It doesn't. The sheet shrank, and when I tried to wash the pillow (hand-wash) the whole thing came apart. I would not use this set as a true bedrooms set.
Having said that, I am still not disappointed, and have considered buying other prints in this set. I hung the quilt on the wall (it won't need washing when used as art) and it looks stunning, and has not faded in the light. The toy/diaper holder works well, the crib skirt fits the crib well, and the curtain fringe is beautiful. For the price, I would absolutely buy this again - just recognize that it is more decorative and less practical. Still beautiful!

(More customer reviews)I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and detail of this set. The workmanship is very nice and doesn't look rushed. It almost has a custom made feel because of the variety of fabrics that they used and the quality of the sewing. What I like: The quality of the sewing, the fabric colors--they are not faded like what you see in some sets, the skirting which has more details than what you can see in the picture, the interior fabric on the quilt which is made of a very soft plush fabric (nice surprise--the baby loves it), its medium weight, the valance set again is a good quality. Negative: If I was being really picking I would tell you the sheets are a bit thin and not at the same standard as the rest of the set, but my mom would say I was being too picky. It also required a good bit of ironing when I pulled it from the bag, especially the skirt. The ironing was a bit tedious, but only a one time process. If you like what you see in the picture you will be even happier after you set it up and start using it. Great quality and workmanship for the price.
