(More customer reviews)I ordered this set as a back-up for my new son because it is so much less expensive than other bedroom sets of this sort, but ended up saving it until my daughter was born. The cost of shipping is a little bit high, but the package arrived before the delivery date! The set is absolutely beautiful, soft and shiny. I do not know how well the satiny material will hold up over time, but it looks wonderful in the nursery. It is not quite as pictured: the diaper-stacker and quilt do not have brown lining or brown ties, but rather the same blue as the rest of the material, but I don't mind. It is lovely for a little girl's room.
ADDITIONAL INFO: It is now January, 2011, so I can report more accurately about how this set wears. It doesn't. The sheet shrank, and when I tried to wash the pillow (hand-wash) the whole thing came apart. I would not use this set as a true bedrooms set.
Having said that, I am still not disappointed, and have considered buying other prints in this set. I hung the quilt on the wall (it won't need washing when used as art) and it looks stunning, and has not faded in the light. The toy/diaper holder works well, the crib skirt fits the crib well, and the curtain fringe is beautiful. For the price, I would absolutely buy this again - just recognize that it is more decorative and less practical. Still beautiful!
