(More customer reviews)These sheets looked great in the package. The color was as described. Because I don't have a thick, extra deep mattress, I realized that they would be roomy, and they are. The texture is okay, nothing more, certainly not as luxurious as described. But, all that is okay. What is not okay?
I have NEVER seen any fabric--not sheets, NOT ANYTHING, wash this poorly and wrinkle so badly. Ever. When I showed them to a friend(after removing them from the dryer), we actually began laughing.
Recommendation: Do yourself a favor. Do what I wish I had done. Save your money. Or, add more money to that and get some more expensive, decent sheets. This is a classic example of "you get what you pay for", not the bargain I thought I'd found.

I took the blankets to someone and had the names embroidered on the satin before giving them as a gift and I can't tell you how everyone at the shower loved the blankets. I recommend these blankets as a high end baby shower gift. Personally, I bought mine on sale on Amazon.com for $17 to $19 each. I am just sorry I didn't buy up the entire stock of the blankets when they were on sale.

New Merlot Charmeuse Lingerie Satin Sheets King Review

(More customer reviews)Hello! I guess I'm the lucky one to be the first to review these sheets. Unless someone posts theirs right before I do, that is. I have to say that now I've gone Charmeuse Satin I'm never going back! They are 230 thread-count for those interested. I've only had them for one night but it was the best night's sleep I've had in a while. I highly recommend these sheets to anyone who wants to feel like they are sleeping in heaven! I literally felt like I'd just died and gone to Heaven! To those who complain of the bottom side of the top sheet not being satiny; here's a fix: Do like my grandmother when she makes a bed; make it dull side up so that when you flip over the top edge the "pretty" side is what you see and the satiny side is what you feel against your skin when you slip into bed at night. My only beef would be that the tag, which is normally at the foot of the sheet/blanket/etc, is on the top of the top sheet at the corner and the top sheet is a little smaller than I'm comfortable with so that when I tuck it into the foot of the bed the top of the sheet comes nearly to the middle of the bed and I have to tug it the rest of the way up, halfway dislodging it from the foot of the bed. Other than those things though, I love them. I bought a set in black from this company, too. I would also like to mention the price. I bought two king-size sets of these satin sheets for only eighteen dollars a set! That's a steal in my book!

(More customer reviews)These blankets are incredibly nice. My son received one for his baptism. He was 10 mos old and really hadn't established a favorite blanket. He has not been without this one since he received it. He will be 4 in 2 months. It has one side that is completely white satin and I was hesitant to let him use it as a daily blanket. But he loved it so much, I had to. It has held up SO well. The white side is still white, but not quite as much so as when first received. There is one area of the satin that is starting to become thin on a corner, but keep in mind, this blanket has been used daily, goes EVERYWHERE! It has no tears and is not fraying at all. This blanket is worth every penny! My son would vouch for that!

(More customer reviews)My newborn daughter got this blanket as a gift and when I found out how much it cost I was reluctant to use it for fear of destroying it (and I have a white one). Somehow it made it into her crib and now it is her special blanket. This thing washes very well and I am not very delicate with my laundry. With a little stain remover I have been able to get out anything from spit-up to poop (remember this is a WHITE blanket too). It is incredibly soft and snuggly, she just loves to curl up with it. I often think about getting a second as backup. This blanket is well worth the $$$.

(More customer reviews)The first thing a new consumer should know is these sheets are 100% polyester, while that is not a bad thing they are not as "silky" as you would think. That said they are a nice mid priced set. The bottom sheet is large enough to fit most all beds including the deep set variety.
The sheets wrinkle easily and slip. Again not huge issuse but annoying none the less.
Would I recomend these sheets ... yes only if your on a budget.
