(More customer reviews)These blankets are incredibly nice. My son received one for his baptism. He was 10 mos old and really hadn't established a favorite blanket. He has not been without this one since he received it. He will be 4 in 2 months. It has one side that is completely white satin and I was hesitant to let him use it as a daily blanket. But he loved it so much, I had to. It has held up SO well. The white side is still white, but not quite as much so as when first received. There is one area of the satin that is starting to become thin on a corner, but keep in mind, this blanket has been used daily, goes EVERYWHERE! It has no tears and is not fraying at all. This blanket is worth every penny! My son would vouch for that!

This great baby blanket is made of ultra-cozy chenille and cool satin. It is machine washable and won't lose it's shape or softness. Chenille front and satin back with silky satin trimming.

The silk trim is coming off in one small location, but I expected that after it being washed so much and dragged around for over a year. I would recommend this blanket.

(More customer reviews)My newborn daughter got this blanket as a gift and when I found out how much it cost I was reluctant to use it for fear of destroying it (and I have a white one). Somehow it made it into her crib and now it is her special blanket. This thing washes very well and I am not very delicate with my laundry. With a little stain remover I have been able to get out anything from spit-up to poop (remember this is a WHITE blanket too). It is incredibly soft and snuggly, she just loves to curl up with it. I often think about getting a second as backup. This blanket is well worth the $$$.

(More customer reviews)I bought this blanket first before the set so that I could see the color and design. I love it! The blanket itself is super soft and a good size. I did end up buying the whole set and the bedding is all gorgeous, I get so many compliments on it and it looks a lot more expensive than it was. I am using it in a boy's nursery but I do think it could work for either. The color is a silvery blue but not too much of a baby boy blue. I have blue and green stuff in the nursery and it seems to work with both. I washed all of the bedding already as well and it held up really well being washed and dried, no problems at all. It really is a beautiful set!

(More customer reviews)This blanket just came in. I purchased it as a replacement for the second "back-up" "nug nug" George brand Pink Swirl blanket that we recently lost. It looks like a nice blanket. It is very soft pink swirl faux fur on one side and satin on the other with satin trim. We haven't had a chance to "test drive" it much, but I wanted to comment on here immediately that it says right on the tag on the blanket 100% polyester, as it is advertised on here as 100% cotton. I was skeptical as I didn't see how they would make the trim with cotton, and even the pink swirl fur as usually all the ones I have seen are polyester. I didn't order it based on the cotton, but I don't want someone to order it because they want cotton, so I wanted to mention it. My daughter is snubbing it in favor of her old beat up one, but that is typical for a toddler. I am sure she will bond with it eventually.

(More customer reviews)I really, really didn't want my LO to need a specific "blankie", but, babies are their own people and this one is it. I have around 8 different blankets, different textures, soft, cotton, fleece, etc. This is the one she sleeps best with. At 7 months, she's already crawling around the house dragging it. Sigh. Anyway, it's easy to clean - IMPORTANT - if you want it to stay dry, do NOT put in the dryer. It dries fast just draped over a chair. I'm buying another one just in case this one gets lost at some point in the future. I do recommend. Note - there is no decoration or edging, it's just a simple, soft blanket.

I was disappointed that Max Daniel has changed the blanket from one side little polka dots and the other side large polka dots - now both sides are little polka dots - it make the blanket more interesting with two different designs.
