I ended up spray painting it black and it looked a alot better. But overall I was pleased with this product. Its not too sturdy, but I expected that.

(More customer reviews)My son and daughter in law wanted to do the nursery for their daughter in lavender/purple and were looking for something with a purple elephant on it and saw this but because they are in Hawaii it couldn't be shipped to them so I ordered it had it delivered to my address and forwarded it on to them. There aren't a lot of things out there in lavender/purple as it seems girls are always suppose to have pink. We all were very pleased with it and highly recommend it for someone else who is looking for something lavender/purple.

My daughter's name was misspelled on the pillow and when I called to inform them of the mistake the man was extremely unhelpful. There was nothing they would do for me other than offer to send me another pillow at full price and then he hung up on me. I recommend the bedding set, but hope you don't have to deal with the customer service.

Its cute and is made from great material It will last for a very long time. I've never been disappointed with this set since we first got it. We have it with a black crib and brown curtains. and the brown in it is great because it makes it so my boys whole room matches, his older brothers bedding also has brown in it. and they have the same polka dot pattern. Just lovely!

CoCaLo Baby 6 pc Crib Set-Jacana Review

(More customer reviews)I initially started out with a unisex bedding set for my daughter from her birth. She had a froggy set. I got tired of it and wanted to go with something more feminine without too much pink or frilly girly stuff like flowers and butterflies. My daughter loves animals, especially monkeys and elephants so I thought this set would be perfect.
When I got it, I was overjoyed at how precious this set is. It's much better in person than via the photo. I ended up getting an extra window valance (since this set comes with one) and I'm glad I did because it gives the window much more of a classy look to have the valance bunched rather than spread tightly across the top of the window.
I also got the matching rug, extra blanket, the wall hangings, and the stuffed monkey. I wish this set came with a matching wastebasket and tissue box (but it doesn't) so I ended up getting a wicker wastebasket and it matches nicely with this jungle theme.
The quality of CoCalLo products is much better than the other set I had and other sets I've seen. It seems pricey but it's well worth it, especially when it comes to safety. The other set I had started coming apart. The tie-downs for the bumper began ripping off a very short time after getting the set. Not very safe if she pulled it off herself and stuffed it into her mouth at night when we were sleeping. This set is VERY DURABLE and I won't have to worry about any of it coming apart like that.
