I was sick and tired of having my feet stick out of my IKEA comforter and this one is much better, very generously sized on my queen bed (I have a hard time imagining how it would work on a full size bed, honestly). One note, being slightly oversized meant finding a duvet cover to fit it was a bit tricky; I finally found a Charter Club duvet cover in a queen that's only 2 inches narrower and fits fine but for a while it looked like I might have to get a king size cover for it. It's light and fluffy, looks well made with sturdy fabric and good quilting and in western Washington in May it's been perfect for us sleeping with the windows open at night, not too warm and not too cool (I think we'll have to put it away for the summer in another couple weeks though). With a thermal cotton blanket under it and maybe a light coverlet over I think it will be fine all winter.

It gets a little too warm in the summer months, but it keeps you warm and comfy in the winter months. The feathers tend to keep our bdrm furniture dusty, but we eliminated that by adding a duvet cover. Love this item. I'm thinking about purchasing one for the guest bdrm as well.

Pinzon 375-Thread Count PrimaLoft Comforter Review

(More customer reviews)This is a very nice PrimaLoft comforter and comparable to high end store brands. The 375 thread-count cover looks and feels luxurious. I agree with the description that this is a medium weight comforter. It would be too warm for summer (in my opinion) but good for fall/winter depending on how warm you keep your bedroom. I think it would be comfortable to about 62 degrees; I like to sleep warm in a cool bedroom. The "sewn-through box construction" is nice because it keeps the PrimaLoft from shifting around; you don't get cold and warm spots.
I measured it and it is 88x96. Fits nicely on my queen pillow top mattress as a comforter which means it falls just to the bottom of the mattress -barely to the top of the box spring. You should measure your mattress to make sure this is wide enough for you because some mattresses are thicker than others even though they are all called "queen". It fits even more generously/luxuriously on a full/double bed which is the bed I'm using it on.
PrimaLoft is heavier than down when comparing the same comfort range. But it is a very good choice for people who have allergies or in a guest room where different people will be sleeping. I have only PrimaLoft in my guest bedrooms for this reason. PrimaLoft weighs more than a comparable-warmth down comforter but it is an excellent substitute for down and much warmer/luxurious than polyester fill.
Putting the comforter in the dryer for about 10 minutes on "air" will fluff it up. I always do this with my down & PrimaLoft comforters when I take them out of storage. The fibers/feathers get compacted in storage and therefore aren't as good at keeping you warm.
I recommend you purchase a duvet cover to keep the comforter clean and dust free. This is especially important if you have allergies. It is much easier to wash the cover than the comforter.

(More customer reviews)I am usually wary of printed, low thread count sheets but these have proved to be the exception. I ordered a set of blue plaid sheets a year ago and was pleased by the price and the promptness of delivery. The first time they were washed I wondered how much "blue" would remain on the cotton. All of it did. They were also pleasantly soft. That was a year ago. While it's probable that they aren't used quite as much as they might be in a dorm, certainly they've been well used. A little of the color has gone, but certainly not so much as to be unattractive. They have held up well in terms of wear and, if I wanted another set of plaid sheets, these would be the ones I would order. I'm 6'5" tall so the extra length is much appreciated and, apart from some others that claim to be "XL" these truly are.

The last set of sheets I purchased, my husband wore a hole in them at his feet within the first year. These seem very thick (as in sturdy, not hot...) and I love climbing into bed at night! The color was true to the picture, a pretty soft blue. The pockets could be a bit deeper, but we have a huge pillow top mattress so finding sheets that don't slip off is difficult anyways... The sheets stay put for the most part. I am very happy with this purchase

I had expected it to be very thick, with a massive "loft" and a luxurious look. I shook it and it stayed relatively flat. It felt thin and too light. But once you start sleeping under it, it is bliss: utterly warm and utterly light. Obviously, the Siberian goosedown does its stuff. This is a luxury product at a bargain price.
