I need an XL but would not order if I get any size that happens to be in stock at the time. I really like this fabric and seems to be heavier and warmer than the thinner fleece ones that I have purchased in the past.

This is wonderful, I love the zipper stops at the bottom so I don't have to undress her to change her diaper. This fit my second daughter until she was about 24" and 13 lbs, then it was too small.

The fleece sleep sac I bought was too warm, the cotton sac was too cool, but the VELBOA sleep sac was just right! Whatever this material is it's great and washes well. And with the fear of SIDS, this product is definitely worth every penny.

(More customer reviews)We love this wearable blanket so much that we bought every kind. They are wonderful. First I must say that they, obviously, do not confine the arms, so if your baby still gets startled by her jerky arm movements when trying to fall asleep he/she may not be ready for this yet. I am slowly making the transition from the Miracle Blanket over to this. My baby still needs the extra swaddling at night and when she is fussy, but she likes the freedom during her naps that this provides and likes to get at her fingers too.
I did not find that my cotton sleep sack shrank. The zipper doesn't lay exactly flat on her, but I haven't found this a problem at all.
I do feel the sizes run a bit small. My baby is wearing the small size and at 23" has just about outgrown it. I'd recommend getting them one size above what you think you need.
I don't like that there are no arm sleeves at all. I really would have liked the choice of putting her in one with or without sleeves.
This cotton is so nice and light (I wonder if the other reviewer was reviewing a fleece, flannel or quilted one instead) that I can't imagine it being any lighter without being to fragle to hold together.
I very much like that the zipper is "upside down". It undoes from the bottom which means you don't have to completely unzip your baby for diaper changes and the zipper tab doesn't poke into the baby's chin.

Baby Deedee Sleep Nest Review

(More customer reviews)This sleepsack is nice and warm, and easy to get on and off with the shoulder snaps. It is actually fluffier than I expected and seems quite cozy. I don't understand why these things have to be so expensive, but there didn't seem to be any better priced options that were this warm.
I bought the 6-18 month size for my 10th percentile 13 month old thinking it should fit him through the winter no problem. It doesn't have a lot more room for him to grow, and I'm not sure it will fit for another 4 months.
I bought it to replace a Halo sleepsack which was not warm enough for winter in our house. My son could easily walk around in the Halo sack since it is relatively wide at the bottom. The Baby Deedee sleep sack is close fitting and does not really allow him to walk. The first morning in it, I found him standing awkwardkly in his crib with his feet far from the side, leaning over to hang on the side. I think he was stuck! We probably need to modify our bedtime routine to put the sleep sack on just before saying goodnight (instead of at the same time as pj's, then picking out books to read, etc.), but I still think the lack of mobility in it is going to be a problem.
I would give it more stars if the cut was more generous in terms of sizing and allowing for mobility.
