(More customer reviews)The pillows are wonderful and satin pillows are the best for my duaghters her (I don't have to wrap it up at night to prevent hair breakage lol) I would suggest you buy them from Toy's R Us they are the same price but the shipping and handeling is waaaay lower ($6.00) as opposed to Target and Amazon whose S&H is $15.98. Just a bit of advice but like I said the pillows are worth it just trying to save everyone a bit of money.

(More customer reviews)We first got one of these to help with reflux. It worked wonderfully! With our next newborn, we were told to use this for the baby to sleep on when congested. Works like a charm.
Not sure what another poster was talking about with a zipper. We have these in every baby bed and none have a zipper, all are one piece of foam enclosed in vinyl with non-skid backing (just like the product description tells you).

By observation, the filling does not seem to be cotton, and most clearly, the actual tag sewn onto the cover reads: "Filling: 100% Recycled Polyester". Polyester is not cotton!
