(More customer reviews)This blanket was nice for one winter, then didn't work at all when I plugged it in this year. Sunbeam requires you to send it to them, mines a King to the tune of $40 shipping so they can Repair it and send it back. HMMM $40.00 plus the $100.00 I paid for it....will it "break again" and will I have to send it back AGAIN? I have three years left on the warranty!!! How many times will I buy this blanket in 5 years? I'm not sure whether I WANT to FIX IT, and they won't just replace it, nor will the store take it back.
Don't waste your money on a Sunbeam Product is my advice.
