I normally like to combine soft down pillows ($75 a pop) with firmer less expensive pillows to get good support and softness under my head. These are so firm and soft that I don't need two kinds. I think I even like them better than my down pacific coast pillows. The firm density ones are perfect for holding in your arms while you sleep. I've slept so comfortably since I got them. I've just ordered some soft density ones too for extras. I'm surprised they're so good at such a low price.
