Caution - since mattress is sent vacuum sealed in a bag, be sure to follow instruction on box and open bag AFTER it is taken into the RV and placed on bed area. Excel Distributors provided excellent service, processed the order quickly, sent E-mail notices on purchase and shipping infor, and mattress arrived within stated time frame.
