The snaps make it a breeze to change, I'm so glad I don't have to take the mattress out of the crib all the time! The waterproof backing is great not just for the diaper leaks but also for the spit-ups. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the snaps don't fit exactly around my crib rungs so it's a little wrinkled and off center, but my baby doesn't seem to mind.
