I received excellent service from them, the representative I spoke with, Ms. Johnson, told me she would look for my order and make sure that it got out in time, and she sent a follow up email as well. The pillows arrived on time and were very nice quality suede at a great price. The filling seems just right for a floor pillow, and everyone wanted to sit on them by the fire. They look wonderful in my parents house ~ we got the black and tan. Very satisfied all around!
