(More customer reviews)This bedrest is surprisingly heavy and takes two hands to maneuver from behind oneself, but it is very well made and seems unlikely to fall apart as the previous bedrest I had did. The seams are double-stitched and the fabric is sturdy. As another reviewer said, it is not a squishy pillow. It gives lots of back support, preventing one from slouching down, but may be less comfortable than a softer one would be. I find it necessary to put a smaller pillow behind my head if I want to lean back. However, I am very pleased with its substantial quality and may buy one for my husband too. The color is a khaki tan--not cream as in the picture. It is a neutral color which should not soil easily.
