(More customer reviews)I couldn't sleep directly on this. It's too firm. I used two, side by side under a queen air mattress to elevate the head area.
A bit pricey. All bedding accessories seems to be though.
It might help with acid reflux if you sleep on your back. Seems nothing helps if you sleep on your sides.
