I had been looking for a quality metal headboard and saw a more feminine version (and more expensive) in the Ballard Design catalog. Apparently, it was the Oscar headboard by Fashion Bed Group, and that search lead me to this headboard.
It is very very sturdy and looks very high quality. I would have no reservation to put these in a guest room as well. They will likely be with my son until he goes to college. They look like they will last that long, and are a great addition to his room. And the price is unreal! These are much nicer than the price would suggest.
The hammered brown finish is great - perfect for a little boys room! We love it.
