King Linen shipped it to me with 2 day free shipping.
I washed it when I received it,however, I forgot to turn the dryer down so a small part melted in the dryer, but I am the only one to blame for that mishap. The pillows and sham covers were fine in the dryer on fluff cycle. I was worried it would be shiny, but it is not. There were a couple strings on the pillows, but nothing a few snips from scissors wouldn't take care of. Overall , I'm very pleased with this purchase.
