(More customer reviews)As you can see from the photo (and probably surmise from the price), these are not super thick, luxurious towels. While a little on the thin side, they provide a welcome splash of color and texture in my guest bathroom. I recommend them for decoration rather than everyday use. (Although thin towels do take up less room in the washer and also dry faster...)
They arrived in a clear plastic bag inside a very thick gray plastic shipping bag inside a large cardboard box (such a waste of packaging), and when I opened the clear plastic bag, I was hit with a nasty odor. They smell like they've been treated with insecticide--and the smell transferred to my hands after holding them just long enough to put them in the washing machine. Definitely wash these before you use them.
