(More customer reviews)The Halo sleepsack swaddle is a convenient way to swaddle and put the baby back to sleep after a 2AM or 3AM diaper change, but my baby boy has been able to break out of the sleepsack with the velcro wraps on numerous occasions. With his arms free my baby is able to fling his arms around and wake himself up in his sleep. I have had more success with using a standard swaddle blanket using a swaddle technique which I learned at the McMoyler Method baby care class. The other drawback with the sleepsack is while doing laundry, the velcro tends to want to attach itself to everything in the wash even if it is placed in a lingerie laundry bag. Can be a hassle/time consuming to either hand wash or wash the velcro wraps seperately from the baby laundry.
