(More customer reviews)I replaced a Moen dispenser with this one. Like other reviewers of this and similar products, I believe ALL return springs need to be stronger. That is true with this as well. My solution was to thin the soap with a small amount of water. It now works great, the pump returns promptly ready for the next shot of soap.
The new pump fit perfectly with no modifications needed and looks just like the original pump.
It is only 1.5 months old so I'll revisit this if I have trouble with a year.
