(More customer reviews)I wish I could give 0 stars!!! I bought this comforter, feeling very excited with the great price and stellar reviews. When it arrived the first thing I noticed was a very disappointing package insert that said the fill was actually 85% organic cotton and 15% vegetable based adhesive! If I had seen this comforter in a store I would not have purchased it. So I contacted Designer Linen Outlet - Welspun to find out about returning it and asked for a return label so I didn't have to pay to return it. They were impossible to get a hold of, I called several times during their regular business hours and sent a few emails. Finally someone emails me back and says how sorry they are, that the description on Amazon will be changed immediately, and that a FedEx pickup is scheduled. None of those things have happened. This comforter is still sitting here 6 days after the "scheduled pick up" and none of my multiple emails and phone calls are being acknowledged by this seller. This is the worst experience I can recall and I advise anyone who is looking for an organic comforter to look elsewhere - this comforter is NOT 100% organic and the customer service of this seller is horrific!!!
