(More customer reviews)Actually, this is a very nice skirt--the fabric has a sort of weave rather like Aida Cloth or linen and is banded by a dark blue piping. It's a flat, knife-corner with inset pleat type of skirt, not the ruffled kind so it's suited to a tailored bed, especially if you are doing European style decorating or even Hollywood Regency. The color is a warm white.
The fabric decently thick; the drop is 15 inches--something some of the packages of bedskirts are rather coy about telling you. But you need to know; the drop is the length from top of the box spring to the floor and that's what makes the skirt look right on the bed.
