(More customer reviews)I ordered three washcloths, three hand towels and three bath towels from Macys/Amazon. The towels were very soft and substantial feeling. I unwrapped the washcloths and hand towels and they were fine. I unwrapped the large towels and each of them has a large snag; one of them has two snags, all of the snags have left a pulled mark across the towel. There is no way that the towels passed an inspection, so I suspect that they are seconds. The towels were not cheap and I resent that I will now have to pay postage to return them---and it is recommended that I pay to insure them. I thought about just keeping them, but I'll never fold those towels without being irritated about the snags, so I guess I'll return them. That then leaves me with the washcloths and hand towels that I had thrown in the washer before I noticed the snags on the bath towels. Big Disappointment. The towels were supposed to be a birthday gift from my mother.
