I bought this bed frame via Amazon on Friday afternoon. On Thursday, my frame arrived. It took a while to figure out how the clamps worked - but once I got the hang of it - the bed was ready. I finally feel like there is support from my waist to knees with the extra beam in this frame. It rocks!! Home And Living are also great with their customer service - quick return emails, etc.
