(More customer reviews)The picture may not do the fabric justice. There are some golden colors that pop out making the comforter colors more jewel like. Not over the top though. Green and red colors are in the fabric as well. They call this pattern yosemite and the style is southwestern lodge. However, the room we have it in is not designed like a lodge or even southwestern and it looks great. Kind of looks like kilim rug design. Comforter is heavy. May be able to leave out blankets for now.
Bed skirt is beautiful as well. The skirt is ultrasuede like and brown with a trim similar to the pattern in the comforter. Size was large enough to accomodate different mattress sizes.
The shams are beautiful. Topside of sham is same design and fabric as comforter. Backside of sham is solid brown.

Everything fit great on a big pillow top california king. Had some concerns because of the unusual size of the mattress-big chatham wells pillowtop-but everything fits great.
Corded edging. Not a loose thread or seam to be found. Beautiful finish.
Very happy with this purchase and price was very competitive on Amazon.

Croscill's "Yosemite" ensemble draws inspiration from nature's rustic, natural views, featuring dynamic patterns through intricate stitching techniques. The comforter is adorned with alternating diamond and stylized geometric patterns, in deep naturalistic tones. The western king comforter measures 110-inch wide by 96-inch long and is overstuffed for added luxury. A 1/4-inch suede piping trimming the edges of the comforter to give it a stylish finish. The bedskirt is a rust colored suede with an Aztec inspired border that runs along the bottom, coordinating it to the top of the bed. The skirt has a 15-inch drop, a cotton/poly blend platform for added durability, and split corners to accommodate footboards. Each of the gusseted king pillow shams with the "Yosemite" set feature the same alternating diamond pattern with geometric designs seen on the face of the comforter, as well as the suede piping trimming all edges. The king pillow shams measure 34-inch wide by 18-inch tall and have a French back opening for easy pillow insertion. Coordinating decorative pillows and window treatments are available.
