(More customer reviews)We got this lamp to match our Carter's Laguna crib set and it really gives an extra touch to the room. Sure, you could go with any other lamp, but this wraps up the look, and it gives a playful feeling to the baby's room.
I think it is a little over priced, but then again, if you go buy a simple non decorative lamp in a color different than bronze or cast iron, plus a colored decorative shade, you are probably going to add up to the value of this lamp sooner than what you thought! (I did look into that option!)
The lamp comes with an energy saving bulb, which is a plus.
