(More customer reviews)I am happy with the quality of the memory foam mattress and immediately my english mastiff took right to it. However the quality of the cover and its zipper are cheap. At the very least for the size of this, (and price) I expected a heavy duty zipper. I inserted a mattress cover inside to help protect the memory foam and simply unzipping it once and then zipping it back up was a chore. You have to be careful not to get the fabric caught in this thin fragile zipper. I can see where after a couple of washings it will all be over. Maybe I can get my mom to make a heavy duty canvas cover with an adequate zipper. I won't order from this company again. The good news though is that my dog loves it. =)
