(More customer reviews)This was my 2 year old son's first "big boy bed" comforter set. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something that may only be used for a short time.
The comforter and sheets are a bit thin, but they are soft. (I did wash them twice before putting them on the bed) My son gets hot when he sleeps (like mommy) so I don't think he would have been happy with a big thick comforter.
His baby room was painted blue with an ocean theme and this set fits in perfectly. There is a whale on the comforter and the blue matches perfectly! He loves pointing out the animals on his sheets before we turn out the lights to go to sleep.
Overall, I would recommend this set. It's a great value for the price.
