(More customer reviews)I was so excited when the product was delivered in 3 or 4 days. I opened the box and pulled out the bag; it was beautiful...just like the picture. When I was putting the bag back in the box I noticed it; a soil mark on one of the white squares with the scroll flowers on it. I was devastated but I pulled out the receipt and immediately contacted BabySuperMall (who the item was shipped by). They told me to email them a picture of the spot and the manufacturer would probably just send me a replacement piece. I did as they instructed and had a response from them within 2 hours stating that yes, the manufacturer would send out a replacement piece and it should arrive in 7-10 business days. I recieved the replacement piece in 4 business days and it was perfect. Although there was a problem I am very satisfied with the way it was resolved and I would definitely do it all over again and I do plan on buying other pieces through Amazon.com and BabySuperMall.
The quality of this product is superb and it is beautiful. I wish the ties were a little longer that tie to the spindles on the crib but I think that the length of those are regulated so I'm sure there is a reason for why they seem too short. One review I read somewhere said something about the red bleeding but I have washed the quilt so far and I washed it on cold with Free & Gentle detergent and it didn't bleed. I have not washed the bumper yet but plan on washing it the same way and I'm sure it will be fine as well.
